Most products are produced after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary stock and supports focused drops.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time includes both production and shipping. The available shipping options and estimated timing are shown during checkout where available.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after the order has been dispatched. Orders can occasionally arrive in more than one package if products are fulfilled from different locations.

Can I return an item?
